Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on
weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Usahawan Winky is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Damages
Usahawan Winky is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
How much is shipping?
We offer best price for our shipping based on your choice of logistic provider。
When will my order arrive?
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse and are usually delivered within 3-14 working days.
There can be the occasional customs or courier delay which may affect your delivery time frame from time to time.
Will I get a tracking number?
Your tracking number is available in your invoice. If you do not receive one, please contact us at 0115 765 6445. Make sure your supplied address is attended during business hours.

Will I have to pay any additional duties or taxes?
You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.
Please be aware that Usahawan Winky does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to.
We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.
Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by Usahawan Winky, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.
How long does is take to process an order?
All orders are processed within 3 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control.
How will my order be packaged?
Your order will be carefully packaged in a protective courier bag to ensure it arrives to you in great condition.
Can I reserve an item to buy later?
We aim to provide a fair opportunity to shop our most in-demand styles and as item are often limited, we do not offer reservations.
How do I check the status of my order?
After you have placed an order, you will receive tracking number in your order confirmation (invoice). At this stage, please allow time for order processing.
If you have not received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at 0115 765 6445 with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
